Chris Mitchum and his assistant, KayKay, were delightful to have in our home. They were conversant without being intrusive and were interesting as well. The birthday dinner Christ prepared was sensational. Every course was beautifully presented and the veal chop with tomato sauce was out of this world. Even our two grandsons, ages four and one, cupped down the leftovers from very large veal chops the following day. We all laughed at how much they enjoyed the same entree we had enjoyed the night before. We would definitely hire Chris again and would heartily recommend him to others looking for a very special dinner in their own home.
