I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I studied at the Art institute of Nyc. I have 10 + years of fine dining experience having worked alongside many of NYC top chefs. After relocating to North Carolina I have successfully managed multiple long standing restaurants and country clubs. I am now looking to transition my experience and expertise to a more personal setting.
