Chef Hudson was great to work with! i was pretty overwhelmed getting my weekend organized, and Chef Hudson stayed in communication with me regarding all details. he and his assistant made my dad‘s 80th birthday dinner very special for him and even brought a thoughtful gift. Food was amazing. The whole evening was more than I expected!

Our meal with Chef Hudson was a highlight of our company’s executive retreat. He provided a menu that matched the season and location of the event. His choices for sauces and seasonings were creative and delicious!

Chef Christopher, was amazing!!!!!! He presented every dish and explained the ingredients... we never had to ask him for anything..his service was on point. He cleaned up behind himself.. When I hire another chef, Chef Christopher is the Guy . He made my night very special.
