Hello! I am a professional chef based out of the Hudson Valley of New York. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America where I was taught classic French techniques that laid a strong foundation from which to build upon. I was fortunate to be trained at Spoon and Stable (Minneapolis) and Café Boulud (NYC), both of which fostered strong developmental skills and high quality standards for executing exceptional modern American cuisine.
Additionally, I have a Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture from The Pennsylvania State University. I thoroughly enjoy combining both educations in my career as the owner and Executive Chef of Glenmere Farm. We are a small scale, family owned farm located in Warwick, NY. We specialize in high end, farm to table dining as well as in-home dining experiences for guests. We utilize our very own meats as well as honey and partner with our neighbors in the surrounding Hudson Valley to source impeccable produce. We service the entire Tri-State area. Chef McGoldrick really took care that everyone would enjoy his meal. He adapted the menu to food intolerance and our specific tastes.
