Get to know me better

Extremely passionate about cooking.

I’m a private chef based in New York City, with roots in Boulder, Colorado—where my culinary journey first began. It all started unexpectedly with a TikTok video of me cooking a 35-day dry-aged steak. I had no idea that one video would completely change the course of my life.

At the time, I was preparing to attend culinary school in Italy. But after that video went viral, everything shifted. I began sharing more of my dishes on TikTok and Instagram simply because I enjoyed it. Before long, people started reaching out to book me for private dinners—and from the very first event, I was hooked. I knew I’d found my passion.

Today, social media and private dining have brought me to New York City, where I’ve hosted three pop-up events for over 100 guests each and curated nine private dinners. I love what I do, and I don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
