Hello! At 25, I am a former Sous to Jon Walter in 2023 when we were nominated and a semi-finalist for ‘Best Chef Texas’ by the James Beard Foundation. I am also the Executive Catering Chef at the Co-Op Public House. I have experience in a multitude of cuisines and I have a passion for teaching others and creating flavorful, beautiful food. I have a professional demeanor, but I do enjoy lively dinners and events as well.

The many restuarants that I have worked in. From Italian and French to Farm-to-Table and BBQ. I enjoy learning new techniques and cuisines.

Is attention to detail. I try to take as many techniques as I have learned to create dishes that are innovative but familiar to my clients.
