Creative chef with a wide range of experience from high end fine dining/Michelin to large party banquet style events. Lets make it happen!

I am an energetic chef with menus focusing on local and seasonal products. I am advocate for food waste and always keep it to a minimum, sometimes even highlighting upcycled items on my menus. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, a former cook at Eleven Madison Park, and a current Executive Chef in New York City have provided me a great amount of experience.
