We had Daniel for a 14-person dinner. We had a few dietary restrictions (vegan, no red meat, shellfish allergy etc.) and he was able to accommodate each of them very well. His menu was exactly what we were looking for, and all of our guests enjoyed their meals. Daniel was also very prompt and was discreet prepping in the kitchen while we had a large group at the house. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a chef to cater an event in Miami.
