I am a chef fueled by a deep passion for farm-to-table cuisine and holistic approaches to eating. My culinary journey began long before formal training, as I discovered my love for cooking and the joy it brings to others. Attending the Culinary Institute of America transformed that passion into a profound appreciation for the complete craft; blending classical techniques with the science and artistry behind exceptional food.

During my internship at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, I immersed myself in a world that celebrated the beauty of fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative, sustainable cuisine. Today, I continue to refine my skills in Jax, FL where precision, creativity, and flavor take center stage in every dish I create.

My mission as a chef is to craft thoughtful, personalized menus that elevate every occasion. Whether for an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, I aim to tell a story through my food—celebrating flavor, fostering connection, and leaving a lasting impression.
