Dear future friends, family and clients,

It’s a pleasure to introduce myself as a seasoned hospitality executive and professional chef with over 15 years of diverse leadership experience across luxury dining, multi-unit operations, event execution, and culinary innovation.

Throughout my career, I’ve overseen complex food & beverage portfolios at marquee venues such as 15 Central Park West, The Norton Museum of Art, and Ogilvy & Mather, serving as Executive Chef and Multi-Unit Operator with Constellation Culinary Group. I led operations in dynamic markets like New York, Palm Beach, Miami, New Jersey and Southern California—managing teams across union and non-union environments, opening new units, improving P\&L performance, and elevating guest experiences through both modern and traditional culinary programs.

Prior to that, I refined my sushi expertise under Iron Chef Morimoto in NYC and directed operations at Nozomi Sushi & Carlsbad Noodle House in California—developing innovative menus, streamlining back- and front-of-house communication, and enhancing profitability by 10% through strategic partnerships and systems optimization.

In addition to my operational and culinary leadership, I bring a robust background in wine and spirits. I have curated and executed private tasting menus and exclusive dinners for wine makers, global spirit brands, and industry representatives. From boutique vineyard collaborations to high-end liquor partnerships, I've built unique, elevated guest experiences while fostering strong relationships with distributors and producers. These

events not only showcased culinary and beverage pairings at their finest but also served as key brand-building and client engagement opportunities.

I am now exploring a leadership opportunity within a luxury hotel group or hospitality collection, where I can bring my culinary vision, hospitality acumen, and service-forward mindset to a brand known for excellence. My goal is to contribute to a world-class hospitality environment that values culture, creativity, and memorable guest experiences at every level.
