Passionate private chef with Michelin-star experience! I love to create personalized meals with fresh ingredients for unforgettable dining moments.
I have been in the industry since I was 15, starting with a culinary regional occupation program in highschool. While in culinary school, I worked in kitchens such as Salt Creek Grill. After graduating with my degree in culinary I had the chance to work alongside my head chef opening up a high-end restaurant in my hometown called The Old Town Junction. Soon after I was recruited by a Michelin star restaurant in NYC's West village called Perry Street and had the honor of working with chefs like Jordan Andino and Grant Achatz. After that I found my place as a personal chef; a position I fell in love with because it combines my passion for food and people in a much more oriented and specific environment that allows me to deeper understand the clients wants and needs and constantly adapt and improve over time.
