Chef Dennis Allen

I went through culinary school in 1999 with a great passion for food and a very sensitive and now refined palate. I have worked in Utah, Nevada/Las Vegas, Hawaii and California. I spent 12 years in Las Vegas mostly as a Master Cook by choice as most chef positions especially corporate became just babysitting and I love to cook. However I have had titles including but not limited to: Sushi chef; Chef de partié; Sous chef; and Executive Sous chef. I have worked 42 different outlets and have experience cooking anything from sushi to beef Wellington, from Massaman to Gyros, from Burgers to Bolognese. I have also been employed privately, by families I can't name due to nondisclosure and personal professionalism. It hard to find anyone more experienced in an army of food as I enjoy all food. Unfortunately I lost all my belongings and home in the LAHAINA fire so I don't have any pictures from my past employment and food I have made. I apologize for the lack of content.
