I specialize in Mexican and Italian cuisines but have been trained in all world cuisines. I am not Alfredo no challenge and love to be creative with my personalized menus. I have fully transitioned from a corporate executive chef position to this private chef career. Now I'm trying to spread my name on the social media front ????????????
