I have an education in culinary arts starting in high school. Since then I have worked in restaurants and events with chefs from all over.
I have experience in America gastro pubs, steak houses, Mediterranean restaurants (Greek, Italian, Spanish, French, northern African, Indian and kosher amongst other cuisines) I can do weekly menu planning special events or restaurant consulting. I can travel up to 60 miles from my location before I have to charge travel fees. You pay for all the food and I will ask what you already have after we agree on the menu. You will keep all the extra ingredients and if you don’t know how to use them I will write down recipes which you could.
