Chef Edward J. Walker Sr. Edward

Chef Edward Walker has been on the culinary scene for over 20 plus years. His roots being born in Savannah,Ga gave him his southern hospitality and down south cooking talents. His mother taught him alot about cooking, starting as young as five years old. He grew up training as a chef, traveling the eastern region of the United States from Georgia, Florida, New Orleans, South Carolina, and North Carolina;

While obtaining outstanding training and experience, Chef Edward has had the tremendous opportunity to work under some of the nation’s top chefs. Seeing those chefs in action on a daily basis pushed him to truly seek to become apart of that elite class. He has cooked for and with multiple celebrities, his first of many being Paula Deen.

Chef Edward has been featured in multiple publications including 2 features on Low Country Live for up and coming Chefs.

Placed 6th overall with “Smoke on The Harbor Wing” nationally accredited competition, he has provided free monthly cooking classes open to any to attend. Annual Guest Speaker at local High Schools. Chef Edward was also featured as the premier chef in Charleston SC for the Charleston Culinary Food Tour.
