I’m Edwin Robles, a Napa-based Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with renowned chefs such as Michael Voltaggio, Bryan Voltaggio, José Andrés, Wolfgang Puck, and Michael Chiarello, and creating exceptional culinary experiences for high-profile events, including two Academy Awards and two Grammy Awards.
My work has been featured in Wine Spectator and Food & Wine, and I am now focused on building my private chef brand through curated Napa tasting dinners and exclusive pop-ups. My goal is to deliver refined, personalized dining experiences that reflect craftsmanship, creativity, and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients.
