I’m Elena—a chef, baker, and culinary instructor with over 10 years of experience in kitchens across Mexico, Spain, and the U.S. I care deeply about flavor, simplicity, and using good ingredients. I co-founded Masa Madre, a bakery where I celebrated the flavors I grew up with in Mexico and the traditions I love. These days, I spend most of my time teaching cooking classes—both virtual and in person—developing recipes, and cooking delicious meals for private clients and special gatherings.
