Multilingual in English and Spanish, Chef Bida brings cultural depth and versatility to every kitchen he leads.
Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for precision, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to food quality and safety. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Gluten-Free Food Handling, International Food Safety Management (ISO/IEC 17024), ServSafe Food Protection Manager, and CPR/AED. His dedication to proper technique and kitchen excellence ensures that every dish reflects consistency, innovation, and exceptional standards.
Chef Bida currently serves as Executive Chef at Foxfire Country Club in Naples, where he oversees all culinary operations. His responsibilities include staff training, menu development, cost control, inventory management, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Previously, he served as Executive Chef at Island Café, where he elevated menu offerings and strengthened food safety and quality procedures. His earlier roles as Sous Chef and Lead Cook in country clubs enhanced his ability to perform under pressure, manage diverse teams, and execute high-volume service with accuracy and finesse.
Recognized as one of the Top 10 Florida Favorite Chefs of 2024, Chef Bida has also been honored with the Young Promising Chef Award in 2017, highlighting his dedication and rapid career growth.
