I have enjoyed cooking from a pretty young age, and always helping my family during events. Even when it gets hard I still enjoy the work I get to do.
I have only been in the Culinary industry for a few years now, but I always want to expand on my knowledge. I attended the Redler Institute of Culinary Arts receiving my associates in Culinary Arts. It took me two years to obtain my degree. I've worked in a small diner/ cafe for two years as a expo and line cook. I am currently at a fine dining scratch kitchen growing my knowledge and career as a prep cook and expediter.
