I enjoy the art and authenticity of cooking and am currently focusing on more traditional techniques. I enjoy a challenge and don’t mind catering to complicated dietary needs or special requests. We had an incredible dinner and evening thanks to our chef Manny. He was kind and pleasant to talk to. He was happy to chat with some of our family while he was cooking and preparing our meal. All of the food was delicious, from the salad, to the pasta entree, to the dessert. Would highly recommend Manny if you are looking for a chef.
