Professional chef with over 25 years in the culinary industry. I was raised in the food industry as my father is still a chef at the Veterans hospital in Miami Florida. Knowledgeable of all aspects of sanitation and food preparation. Knowledgeable of Asian, American, Italian, and Southern, Cajun, & Bbq. Very organized with over 15 years of management experience. Excellent in providing guest satisfaction.
