I’ve spent over 30 years in the kitchen, building my career on one thing—delivering food that people remember. From opening major national concepts like The Cheesecake Factory, J. Alexander’s, and Hops Bar and Grill, to leading high-volume kitchens, I’ve worked at every level of the industry—but what truly set me apart was my time at JB’s on the Beach, a one-of-a-kind, $10M+ beachfront seafood operation.
Being part of the opening team at JB’s meant executing at a high level every day—handling volume, maintaining standards, and delivering quality without compromise. That experience shaped how I cook today: clean, bold, balanced, and always intentional.
Now, I bring that same energy into private dining. No templates, no shortcuts—just fully customized menus built around what you want to eat, how you want to experience it, and the kind of night you’re looking to create.
