I am a graduate of Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts. My main area of expertise is clean, seasonal food. I am very passionate about sourcing ingredients from local suppliers, and making everything from scratch. My favorite foods to prepare are cozy, and warm- soup, stew, chili, anything braised.

I have experience preparing meals for groups of all sizes, and for all manner of occasion. I've taught a few beginner level cooking classes as well.

Chef Erica was very professional but also very welcoming with our questions. Some of us were talented cooks while others were not but she treated us all the same with respect and interest. She had some great tips that will improve our skills and had some fun anecdotes about some of the ingredients used, too. Overall, a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with friends!
