I’m a self-taught Jamaican, Caribbean American chef whose cooking is rooted in culture, comfort, and care. Raised on bold flavors, slow cooking, and meals that brought people together, I approach food as both nourishment and storytelling. My menus are inspired by the warmth of home kitchens across the Caribbean, elevated through thoughtful technique and presentation.
I specialize in intimate, exclusive dining experiences, whether for two or for a full table, where every course feels intentional and personal.
