She made sure the dishes were prepared to our preferences and she was very understanding and flexible with our timeframes. The dishes were really nicely prepared and she made our evening really special. She was respectful, engaging and made us feel comfortable, I would highly recommend

Chef Esh has worked with us twice now and she's been amazing both times. Catered to our allergy/dietary restrictions and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Never had plant based dishes taste as good as dairy before!! Our 1 year old son couldn't stop eating. Chef Esh is the best.

Esh is an amazing chef and we thoroughly enjoyed the food that she cooked for us. She was very considerate in accepting our requests and she even made everything very special for us.

Wonderful menu and food prepared by Chef Esh-Marie. The dishes had great Cajun flavors as well as unique items. The spicy shrimp and grits and Gumbo with crab legs were amazing, and the steak and lobster were full of spice and depth!

She created personalized place cards and menus to match the color scheme of my event. Her professionalism coupled with her friendly demeanor made it very easy to communicate with her and work with her. The food looked and tasted delicious. The experience was definitely a 9/10.

Chef Esh-Marie was absolutely amazing. She took so much care in crafting a menu to cater to our dietary restrictions and completely changed our perspective on what a dairy free life could be like. I've never had a dairy free meal as great as hers. The perfect end to our Mother's Day celebration.

Chef Esh-Marie and her team was AMAZING! We did an interactive team-building activity where the Chef split us into teams and helped us cooked three courses that were judged. Our team had an absolutely lovely time and we're so engaged in the process. We, of course, enjoyed the meal together afterwards. Esh-Marie was outstanding. She arrived on time, and made my wife’s birthday a pleasant surprise. Cheese board, Caesar salad, lobster with a delicious chard, and a blueberry tiramisu. I hate tiramisu and it was fantastic. We definitely will be requesting her again.
