Argentine private chef creating relaxed, fire-driven dinners at home around DC, Alexandria and Virginia wine country.

I am an Argentine private chef based in Washington, DC. I graduated from culinary school in Buenos Aires and began my career working in French restaurant kitchens, where I developed strong foundational technique and discipline. Later, I refined my live-fire cooking at an Argentine restaurant in DC, mastering the balance between tradition, flame, and flavor.

Today, I focus on creating relaxed, live-fire dining experiences in private homes throughout DC and the Virginia wine country. My goal is to bring the warmth of Argentine hospitality and the richness of open-fire cooking to every gathering, crafting meals that feel authentic, memorable, and full of character.
