At 17, I was ServSafe manager certified & graduated with a technical diploma in Culinary Arts, a high school diploma, & NY regents diploma. I attended SUNY Adirondack for 1 year pre-COVID. I am a 2 time college graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, earning a diploma and associates degree in Food Entrepreneurship.
