I am a 23 year old professional chef. I
started culinary arts when I was only 16 years old. At 17 I was ServSafe manager certified & graduated with a technical diploma in Culinary Arts, high school diploma & NY regents diploma. I attended SUNY Adirondack for 1 year pre COVID. I am currently enrolled in Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts for Food Entrepreneurship for my diploma & associates degree.
