My name is Federico De Gisi, I’m a chef from Modena. I’ve been working in the culinary industry for over 15 years, spending many of those years in Michelin-starred restaurants. A few years ago, I moved to the United States with the dream of sharing the culinary flavors of my homeland with everyone.

I’m passionate about handmade pasta and simple, honest flavors. I’m deeply in love with selecting the ingredients I use every day, and going to the market is one of my favorite rituals—where my cooking truly begins.
