I have over 14 years of experience as a Sushi and Teppanyaki chef, working in some of the most renowned Japanese restaurants across the United States. Throughout my career, I have developed strong technical skills and a deep appreciation for the precision, discipline, and artistry that define Japanese cuisine.

In addition to my expertise in Japanese gourmet cooking, I have also expanded my knowledge by exploring Mediterranean and other international cuisines. These experiences have allowed me to broaden my culinary perspective while maintaining a strong foundation in traditional Japanese techniques.
