I love to cook farm fresh food prepared from scratch!

I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. I’ve worked in restaurants across California, Massachusetts, Italy, Thailand, and Maine, learning about exceptional local food along the way. I’m deeply passionate about supporting Portland’s agricultural community and source most of my produce directly from local farms. Most recently, I served as Executive Chef of a farm-to-table catering company, an experience that provided a strong foundation for my work as a private chef.
