I studied Culinary School at Mexico. I have been working as a chef for 20 years in different countries around the world. I worked in Michelin Restaurant where I learned a lot. I have been doing coaching in Seattle and Chicago restaurants. Honestly Im a man that always is looking for create new dishes with passion and love with all my efforts and enthusiasm for seeing happy clients and friends with my final product.
