I am a Trained Culinary professional who has been in the Hospitality service industry for over 35 years.
Attended Culinary School at Culinary Institute of Arts in Hyde Park NY, Bremerhaven Culinary Arts, Germany.
I have opened over 350 Hotels, resorts, restaurants With Marriott International whom I was employed for over 25 years. During that time I since have had roles as corporate executive chef, executive chef, pastry chef, catering chef, culinary director, opening special venues, directing and presenting cooking classes, working on lines with culinary professionals involved in almost every aspect of
Culinary cuisine imaginable. I’m currently involved in arenas creating menus, research and development, and teaching staff, the art
