My aim is to tell a story about cooking by using colors, associations of flavors, and elements with a culture.
My name is Guy (pronounced Gee) Arnaud Succes. I am a French-American of cook with 5 years of experience in the food industry.
After leaving the Graphic Design world, i enrolled in a culinary certificate program in 2017 in Vancouver,Washington.
In 2019, I went back to France spending 9 months at AFPA a reconversion programs for professionals looking to switch field.
My cooking experience is diverse: French, Haitian Creole, Mauritian, and more.
