I craft experiences that celebrate seasonal ingredients, blending fresh, locally-sourced flavors with a modern aesthetic to create unforgettable meals

I started my career in food in Pittsburgh and made things official when I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2009. My 20+ years in the industry has spanned from working in restaurants to private cheffing in Aspen to managing Whole Foods Market’s largest specialty foods program. After getting my first professional food styling gig while spearheading the local foods category at FoodKick by FreshDirect, I transitioned out of corporate work and into my own freelance business. I’ve been obsessively arranging food on plates ever since, and have been lucky enough to work with some of the most incredible clients and challenging ingredients. My personal food style is aligned with mid-century modern design - I like things clean and organized on both the plate and off - and I love tedious projects (think: twirling 100 strands of vermicelli). I currently reside in Brooklyn, with my (many) plates and plants.
