I am a professional chef with over nine years of culinary experience. I have worked by the side of multiple successful chefs, and businesses throughout the country as well an internationally.
My passion is to blur the lines between nostalgia and the experimental. By exploring new dishes and concepts through unpretentious yet extremely creative fusions of ingredients and recipes that we all know and love with traditional West African, Asian, and South American techniques and that are unfamiliar to most people.
