Trained in Chicago, I served as Executive Chef of Jam Restaurant, the city’s premier modern brunch destination, where my work contributed to earning Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for eight consecutive years.
Now based in Denver, I carry that same level of care, creativity, and professionalism into every private dining experience. My cooking is grounded in New American cuisine, built around local, seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully influenced by global flavors.
