Raised in Montana’s Flathead Valley, my culinary journey began in the great outdoors—cooking over open fires on camping trips and exploring the natural beauty of the region. That early connection to nature instilled in me a deep appreciation for simple, elemental cooking.

While studying commercial photography, I discovered a passion for the restaurant industry that led me across the West Coast, from dish pits and dining rooms in Seattle and San Francisco to the floors of two- and three-Michelin-star restaurants as a sommelier. With over 20 years of experience across every facet of hospitality, I bring a unique blend of culinary skill, wine expertise, and polished service to every experience I create.

In the past five years, I’ve focused on refining my craft in the kitchen—rising to Sous Chef at a James Beard-nominated restaurant and later serving as Executive Chef of a thriving steakhouse and bar concept generating over $3 million annually. Now back in Montana, I offer private chef services tailored to your needs—whether it’s an intimate tasting menu, an in-home wine dinner, or a large-scale catered event.

My cooking style is highly adaptable—refined or rustic, global or local—and always personalized to your preferences. With extensive knowledge of both food and beverage, I create thoughtfully paired menus and seamless dining experiences that feel both elevated and effortless.
