I have been a professional chef for 7 years, working for Bluestems communities. While working for them I became comfortable creating personalized menus that take individual health, and allergy preferences into consideration. I also took culinary training courses through Auguste Escoffier school of culinary arts, where I learned more professional styles of cooking, and preparing foods, from many different ethnicities and cultures, looking outside the traditional grocery stores for acquiring ingredients, and supplies.

My passion and dream is to run and service my own catering service to my community.

I’ve been cooking since around the age of 10 when I started taking the initiative to help in the kitchen making meals for my family.

My secret is to never underestimate timing. I am constantly checking on the timing of my dishes and making sure everything comes together in good time
