I’m passionate enjoy the life. And cooking definitely part of my life!

I am a professional chef working at a Michelin Starred restaurant in Las Vegas. I have 20 years of experience, 16 years of catering service. You would expect an elevated private, customized, fine dining experience. Started my journey at a fine dining steakhouse in Taipei, Taiwan. That’s 2008. I start over from dishwasher then prep cook, and finally got a line cook position. Half of my culinary experience are in Los Angeles. I worked at Spago, Angler those fine dining restaurants and learned a lot. Currently I work as executive sous chef in French bistro.

I wanted to have a nice experience for my parents’ anniversary since my dad has health issues which makes going out a struggle at times. Chef James is amazing! From reading his profile to the messaging, he has provided an experience that shares his value for connecting with people through his love of cooking. Creating a special memory for my parents was exceptional with the help of Chef James. To help give a frame of reference, my parents and I live in different states. Chef James communicates well with what to expect and ensures a wonderful experience. My parents called immediately afterward to share how wonderful the meal was and quoting from what they said “this was the best meal they have ever eaten.” They shared how he was prompt in coming to the house on time, preparing a special meal, and creating a memory that my parents will be able to enjoy! We will definitely be hiring him for all events in the future! He comes HIGHLY recommended! You cannot meet nicer people than Chef James and his lovely wife!
