I am currently employed as a personal chef for an exclusive client but also looking for more clientele in the Boulder County and Denver region. I’m currently living in Nederland, Colorado. My clients require vegetarian, pescatarian, and sometimes vegan menus. I also am well versed in all types of food non vegetarian, with over 20 years of professional kitchen experience. I have worked in Michelin Star restaurants like Daniel in NYC and many other reputable restaurants in the Denver, Aspen, and Steamboat Springs area. I have a passion for food, strive to be creative along with following my client's requests.
