Classically trained chef. Restaurant owner.
I am a classically trained chef having graduated from the Culinary Arts program at OSU. Originally from Canada, I moved to Oklahoma where, after my education, I trained under multiple executive chefs at the La Villa restaurant at the Philbrook Museum. There, we established ourselves as the best Sunday brunch in Oklahoma, and specialized in upscale, large-scale, weddings and catering events. I currently own a restaurant at the Mother Road Market in Tulsa, and enjoy creating cooking demos on my YouTube channel.
For me, cooking is...
.. a passion. I went into culinary arts with the desire to pursue a career that would be with me every day for the rest of my life. Never to “retire”.
