I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2022 and did a three-month externship with a 3 Michelin-star restaurant Eleven Madison Park. I worked in hotels, catering, and a la carte dining. I love testing new food flavors and my Middle Eastern background adds great flavor to my experimental dishes.
