Originally from the West coast, I was trained in James Beard nominated kitchens in San Francisco, traveled my way across the globe to eat and learn about culture, all the while building my recipe book. I am well versed in cocktails, wine pairings and craft beer knowledge.
I have a degree in nutrition science that has helped transform my cooking into a more modern, health forward holistic experience for all my clients.
