I am a professional chef w almost 30yrs experience. I have chef de cuisine and sous chef experience under Michelin starred chefs in both Spain and Paris. I have also worked in as Chef de Cuisine under James Beard award winners. I am passionate about Mediterranean and Southern cuisines. I love making authentic dishes and researching historic recipes
