“Passionate about cooking always looking to excel. I’ve been in love with cooking since I was child. Food is my way of connecting with others.

I am an established chef who has been cooking for about 8 years. Still learning and gaining new knowledge, I have recently partnered with a close friend of mine Iron Chef Jose Garces on

establishing a ghost brand that specializes in variety of cookies. I graduated from Auguste Escoffier of Culinary Arts as well as the Pastry Arts Program. I’m very well balanced in the kitchen between baking and just regular cooking, I’m looking to reach the next level of my career.
