I'm a professional Wellness Based Personal Chef since 2011. I worked as the Chef's assistant on a charter boat for 2 summers and worked as head chef of an exclusive Detox/Cleanse Superfoods Cafe in NYC. Quickly upon graduating from culinary school did I start working for private clients as their Personal Chef. Including working for Doctors, fitness professionals, busy families, and clients with specific dietary needs.
Struggling with my weight and energy was my prime reason of learning to cook in a healthy way. This passion extended into wanting to support others in their personal path of sustainable wellness and Vibrancy.
When I made my dietary and lifestyle changes, my energy levels and mood skyrocketed, I started to feel really good in my body. The foods I started to create felt like artful masterpieces that I get to enjoy and feel so good from. I want to offer others this kind of support with food. Allowing others to indulge in something that is nourishing them at the deepest level.
