From the time I was seven years old, the kitchen has been where I feel most at home. What began as childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong calling, leading me to attend culinary school in 2012 and begin my professional journey in food.
Over the years, I’ve refined my craft not only through formal training but through daily practice and cooking constantly, learning continuously, and developing an instinctive understanding of flavor, balance, and technique. My experience spans multiple professional kitchens as well as operating my own catering company, giving me both high-level culinary discipline and the ability to create deeply personal dining experiences.
