I am a 4* & 5* Executive Chef. I did my training in 2004 at Alfresco International Academy of Food and Wine. City and Guilds London and U.K. I have been traveling around the world and was based out of South Africa for more then 10 years. I have been a private chef for the top ten wealthiest in the South African Continent. I have worked with Tom Cruise and John Cusacks chef. Cooked for the Israeli Prime Minister and many politicians, musicians, and presidents. I specialize in five cuisines and have been in this industry for more then 13 years as an Executive Chef.
