I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience, formally trained in Culinary Arts both in my home country, Venezuela, and at Le Cordon Bleu in Florida. My career has included working as a Banquet Sous Chef at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where I oversaw large-scale events and curated dining experiences for high-profile guests.

Passionate about the art of cuisine, I am dedicated to crafting exceptional dishes that not only highlight quality ingredients but also create memorable experiences for every guest. My approach combines classical training with creativity, precision, and a deep love for hospitality.
