I am a very self driven individual passionate about food and family.

Welcome to my culinary world, where cultures and flavors blend to produce delectable meals. Being a native of the dynamic Cayman Islands, cuisine and culture profoundly influenced my upbringing and taught me the value of shared meals and storytelling.

I grew up enjoying the delicious fusion of Caymanian and Jamaican cuisines, which combined influences from all over the world. At the early age of 15, I started down my own culinary career after being inspired by these culinary explorations. I decided to pursue a Bachelor's degree in food service management from Johnson & Wales University, North Miami, because I was driven by an unwavering desire for perfecting my art.

Since then, my culinary journey has taken me on an exhilarating ride alongside renowned chefs across the vibrant South Florida region. I've explored the realms of progressive American cuisine, dabbled in the intricate art of Indian dosas and curries, poured Sake and delighted patrons with exquisite Nigiri at an exclusive 8-seat Omakase haven. I've even ventured into uncharted territories, merging the time-honored technique of Kimchi-making with the fiery American BBQ scene.

I've had the honor of working with prestigious private clients, creating enticing catered events, designing individualized meal preps, and even organizing a compelling pop-up restaurant in the center of Las Vegas, Nevada, in addition to the busy restaurant scene. Additionally, I've had the privilege of working as a personal chef for a number of well-known people, expanding my culinary expertise with each unique experience.

These varied experiences and essential contacts not only honed my abilities, but also formed me into a person of infinite enthusiasm, steadfast determination, and true humility. Every day, I seek to push myself beyond my comfort zone, not just for personal growth but also to create amazing moments for others around me.
